1. What is Next Mile Co.?
Next Mile Co. is a performance brand built by a 13-year-old ultra-runner. Our gear is designed for runners who refuse to stop at the finish line.
2. Where are your products made?
Our apparel pieces are made with quality manufacturing — productions differs per product.
3. What sizes and fits do you offer?
We offer regular-fit styles across our “Run”, “Recover”, and “Represent” collections for both men and women. Each product page lists the available sizes (e.g., XS-4XL) and colors.
4. What materials are used in your gear?
We use high-performance materials and blends. For example, a heavyweight anti-pill fleece made of 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester, pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. Material specs are shown on each product page.
5. How do your collections differ?
Run: Designed for performance, training and miles.
Recover: Built for rest, regeneration, travel — comfort meets durability.
Represent: Everyday lifestyle that reflects the runner’s mindset — built with the same attention to detail.
6. Do you ship internationally and what are the shipping conditions?

7. What is your return & exchange policy?
We cannot accept returns yet.
8. How is sizing and fit confirmed?

11. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days once payment is confirmed.
12. What shipping options are available and how much do they cost?
Shipping cost is set at $4 per item and $4 per order. Delivery times will depend on your location.
13. Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
14. What if my package is delayed, lost or damaged in transit?
If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via the Contact form or at nextmileco.run@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and can arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
15. Can I change the shipping address or items after placing my order?
If you need to update your shipping address or request a change, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate changes before your order is shipped, but once items are in transit we may not be able to make modifications.
